Hiring a coach is a deeply personal thing. The truth is that most good coaches are interchangeable, in the sense that you will achieve growth and progress with any well-trained, well-intentioned coach, of which there are many. In fact even if you went up to a lamppost every day and told it your successes, failures, and dreams, you would get a lot out of it. The difference is the depth of attunement, the precision of insight, and the audacity to challenge you in a way that makes you gulp and then quicken. Work with a coach who sees the real you and is fascinated by you, who provokes you, who is concerned with serving not pleasing you, and who believes in you more than you yourself do. I love meeting new people and exploring if I can be that person for you.
